SUN BEACH, ESTEPONA
Sun Beach is a residential and holiday complex just behind the five star Playa Bella Hotel on Playa de la Cancelada. It is midway between Estepona and San Pedro and about 3 - 4 minutes walk from the beach. The location is good being within an hours drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. There is a regular bus service to both Estepona and San Pedro.
The properties on offer are a townhouse and an apartment and the amenities are two pools. The apartment overlooks the pools, the townhouse is closer to the beach.
There are numerous beach bars within walking distance and a regular bus service into both Estepona and San Pedro. The Villacana Resort is also within walking distance and its public restaurants and bars are open to non-residents. There is also a supermarket selling most day-to-day goods.
Across the N340 is the up and coming village of Cancelada. Cancelada has numerous good restaurants and bars and there is a chemist and a variety of small shops selling most staple goods. The main hypermarket, Carrefour, is about 10 minutes drive away towards Estepona.
