TERRAZAS DE COSTALITA
Terrazas de Costalita is a secure, gated community about 100 metres from the beach at Playa de la Cancelada. It is very well located being on the new Golden Mile between Estepona and Puerto Banus. Malaga and Gibraltar airports are within one hours drive and there is a regular bus service along the coastal road.
The community is situated just behind the five star Playa Bella Hotel and access to the beach is via a private footpath. It is set in subtropical gardens with a large swimming pool, childrens pool and play area. There is a gymnasium and changing facilities.
Within walking distance there are beach bars and water sports in the main season. Villacana Resort is within walking distance and has four restaurants open to the public plus a hairdressers and small supermarket. There are many other restaurants and bars close by and the village of Cancelada is just across the N340. This very Spanish village offers yet more eateries and bars and there are some small shops.
The big hypermarket, Carrefour, is about 10 minutes drive towards Estepona. Shopping is good along the coast and both Estepona and San Pedro have a large selection of quality shops as does, of course, Marbella. Puerto Banus with the El Corte Ingles department store has to be visited at least once!
