PUERTO PARAISO

Puerto Paraiso is a group of four buildings which sit immediately behind Estepona Marina. It is a few minutes closer to the Town Centre and La Rada beach than Marina Bay and a little further further from Playa del Cristo. Each building has access to a pool and grass area and there are tennis courts. The buildings each have a secure entrance and access to apartments is by lift or stairs. The corridors are spacious, well lit and clean. Parking is either in the Marina car parks or on the street.

MARINA BAY

Marina Bay is a secure development fronting the sea to the west of Estepona. It is about five minutes walk from the Marina, either along by the sea, or by road and ten minutes walk from the town centre. Access to apartments is by lift or stairs and the corridors are well lit and clean. The development is comprised of four linked buildings and there are two pools "sea-side" with sunbathing lawns. Access to the development is by personal key and this key accesses the main entrance, the beach entrance and each building. From the beach entrance it is about 2 to 3 minutes walk west to Playa del Cristo, a beautiful little bay with beach bars, toilets, showers etc. The main beach, La Rada, is about 10 minutes walk to the east via the Marina. The Marina provides both moorings for private boats and a home for the fishing community of Estepona. Watching the boats bring in their catches and the auction that follows is an interesting experience. There is an excellent choice of restaurants and bars that provide sustenance throughout the day and evening. As night gets going the discos come to life and add a bit of dance fever for those with energy to spare! Sunday in the Marina is well worth a visit as there is a tourist market in the morning that is very colourful. Bikinis, jewelry, clothes, souvenirs and all the latest gadgets can be found there! Marina Bay does have underground carparking but, for those who want to get away from the car, it is possible to walk to most locations.

BALCON DE ESTEPONA

Balcon de Estepona is a rather attractive lowish building opposite the entrance to Estepona Marina. It has a rounded end which distinguishes it from other buildings in the area. There is a new pool and sun bathing area and the building is secure having key access to the grounds and the building itself. Access to the apartments is by lift or stairs. There is some street parking but the building also has its own car park on a first come, first served basis. As with Marina Bay and Puerto Paraiso Balcon de Estepona is close to the Town Centre and the beaches. The Marina and all its attractions are just across the road and the Town with all its shopping opportunities and eateries is just down the road. An ideal location for those who prefer a town location with easy access to the beaches.
