El Arenal is a residential complex just five minutes drive from the old town of Marbella. The surrounding area boasts the highest concentration of golf courses in Spain, water sports abound and, just to make you feel doubly secure, one of the best hospitals in Spain, the Costa del Sol. We don't anticipate that you will need this but it is nice to know it is there! Number 60 is three storey townhouse about 100 metres from the beach. All windows have steel shutters and the front access gate is electronically controlled. Having said all that these security aspects are discreet and do not impinge on the enjoyment of the house. The house is fitted with air conditioning/heating throughout.

The kitchen, sitting and dining room are on the ground floor and there is a guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer and dish-washer. Being a new apartment all equipment is new as are the pots and pans, cutlery and chinaware etc. Off of the kitchen is a semi open utility patio with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

The sitting room is comfortably furnished with settees and occasional furniture and there are dining facilities for six, to one end. SKY TV, video and DVD are provided. This room accesses the south facing terrace with parasol and patio furniture.

The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en suite, the other is a shower room. The third bedroom has a stacker bed which provides two full size singles, there is a standard size double in the second bedroom and a king size in the master bedroom. All bedrooms have balconies and the two doubles have sea views.

The third floor gives access to the roof terrace with excellent sea and mountain views. The roof terrace has sun loungers.
