ACCOMMODATION

Don Pietro 33 is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse on three levels in the north section of Villacana beachside resort Villacana Club).

The front entrance has direct access to a beautiful pool & garden area, ideal for relaxing in the sun.

On the ground floor, there is an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen overlooking a bright, spacious open plan lounge and dining area with fireplace and doors leading to a very large and attractive west facing enclosed private patio.

On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with another ensuite marble bathroom and an additional twin bedroom with access to the same bathroom.

The second floor of the property has a twin bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom and another twin bedroom with access to another marble bathroom on the landing.

The house has Satellite TV, telephone, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, air conditioning and even electric radiators for the cooler months. The 2nd floor bedrooms open onto small balconies with the larger room having an excellent view.

FACILITIES

The townhouses in Villacana have been built in an attractive setting with an Andalucian / Moorish influence.

Walking around the resort, it almost seems that every corner reveals yet another private pool. These are complemented by a whirlpool spa bath, gym, tennis courts and a children's play area - there is also a superb indoor leisure centre where you can swim, enjoy a sauna / steam bath or a game of snooker.

A poolside restaurant provides the venue for enticing meals and regular entertainment featuring local dancers and musicians. There is even a resort supermarket which is always well stocked with freshly delivered produce. A laundry facility along with hairdresser and beauty parlour is also available on site.

Close to the resort, you will find a host of different leisure activities to suit your mood: horse riding, bowling, clay pigeon shooting, golf aqua parks, casinos, archery, volleyball, watersports… the choice is yours.
