Terrazas de Costalita is a very attractive group of apartments with direct access to the beach in the area of the Playa Bella five star hotel on the Playa de la Cancelada. It has Villacana as its not too distant neighbour and is midway between San Pedro and Estepona. Numerous beach bars and restaurants are within walking distance and there is regular entertainment at the playa Bella Hotel. The Villacana Restaurants are also not too far away and include the Barraka Beach bar, the 90 Miles piano bar and the Upper Deck.
The apartments are grouped around a very enticing pool area with pool bar (drinks machines). There are landscaped areas around the pool and some sunbeds are provided. There is a gym and table tennis.
Apartment 4A is a very tastefully furnished three bedroomed, three bathroomed apartment on the fourth floor of the complex overlooking the pool and garden area
The kitchen is fully fitted to include a fridge freezer, microwave,toaster,washing machine and dish washer.Cooking is electric.
The sitting room is very comfortably furnished and there is a dining area to one end to accommodate up to six. The sitting room opens on to a patio with table and chairs and overlooks the main gardens and the pool. Satellite TV, DVD and CD player are provided.
To the left of the sitting room are the three bedrooms and bathrooms. Two bedrooms are double bedded. The third bedroom is a twin and there is ample storage space throughout. There are three fully fitted bathrooms.
The air conditioning also provides heat in the winter and there are metal security blinds at all windows. Finally, there is a garage space underground with lift access.
Altogether a very comfortable and desirable holiday venue.
