This modern and well appointed town house comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), fully fitted kitchen and 3 sun terraces. The spacious dining and living area has comfortable leather sofas, chairs and occasional furniture. Flat LCD satellite TV , DVD and cd player are included. The two patio doors lead out to a stunning private rear garden with a large area laid in traditional paving with trees and shrubs. A Webber style BBQ is provided.
This townhouse is one of very few on the complex that is not overlooked from the back of the house so there is a larger amount of privacy when in the rear garden or on the sun terraces.
The shared swimming pool is just 30 meters from the property - very close by but far enough away to be disturbed by noise. The pool area is well equipped with sun loungers and parasols all within a secure garden environment.
Walking to and from the main town, marina and beaches of Puerto Banus is an easy, flat, well lit walk which takes 15-20 minutes. There are two large underground carparks to give easy parking. The local bus stops nearby and the taxis are also inexpensive. Duty free shopping in Gibraltar is an hour away , the old town of Marbella is a 10 minute drive and the historic town of Rhonda is also close by as is Estapona with its Selwo Safari park.

On this beautifully well maintained complex there is a clubhouse which has a sophisticated bar and bistro. Tennis and paddle courts are available to hire and there is also a large swimming pool and a special children's pool with activities for the children in the holidays.
The area is well known as an international tourist area, surrounded by golf courses, beautiful beaches, lovely mountain views, exciting nightlife and extensive bars. Restaurants abound not to mention a wide range of shops both for the designer and those for the more modest pocket!

Due to open mid summer will be a large supermarket on the complex which will be so convenient as it is just a two minute stroll away. Until then, less than 1km away is a supermarket open seven days per week 24 hours a day for all your basic needs. There are several other larger supermarkets within the immediate area. On Saturdays there is a large local tourist market by the bullring in Puerto Banus and most towns close by have markets on at least one day a week.

Fly to: Malaga, Gibraltar, or Jerez Airports

Flights available from BA, Iberia, Monarch, Easyjet, Flybe, Ryanair and Thompson dependent on departing and arrival airport.

Car hire: (advisable to pre book via internet for best deals) Time from airport, approximately 45 minutes.

Express bus is available to Marbella then local bus or taxi to Los Naranjos De Marbella.
