We have an elegant and spacious penthouse available for holiday rental in Sun Beach, Estepona, Costa del Sol, only ten minutes away from Marbella and Puerto Banus, and 45 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. On the second floor, with views on the gardens and pools of the complex (which are yours to use, day and night), and wonderful sea views from the roof terrace, the apartment consists of three double (or twin) bedrooms, two newly refurbished bathrooms (one en suite), kitchen, separate laundry room and a beautiful large living area, with sliding doors to a sunbathing and dining terrace. Upstairs there is an enormous private roof terrace with two dining areas, shaded sofa seating for 11 people, sun beds and sea and mountain views. The penthouse has a complete Sky TV package, with movies, sports and children’s channels, DVD and Video machines. There is a telephone line with free local and national calls, and wireless ADSL. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble-dryer. There is a safe in the master bedroom suite. This stretch of the coast is becoming known as the new Golden Mile, with more 5-star hotels than Marbella. The beach is a 5-minute traffic-free stroll away, offering bars, restaurants and water sports. There is a footbridge from Sun Beach giving access to the charming pueblo of La Cancelada, where you can find restaurants, tapas bars, DVD rental, a chemist, etc. etc. Sun Beach is surrounded by top international golf courses, and Selwo Safari Park is only 5 minutes’ drive away. A weekly change of linen is included, and baby-sitting (English speaking) or maid service are available if required. All linen and towels (including beach towels) and a hairdryer are provided. There are many restaurants, clubs and bars in the area, but the penthouse itself is absolutely quiet, and very safe for children.
