Aldea Blanca is a well maintained development close to the bull-ring and about 15 minutes walk from Puerto Banus and the beach. It offers an excellent location for both a lively and a relaxed holiday. Eating out is easy and the car can be left behind! Puerto Banus with its yachting Marina, numerous designer shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs has all the ingredients for an interesting visit! There is also a multi cine complex which has a weekly English speaking film and, the main attraction for some, the El Corte Ingles department store. Closer to home, near the Centro Plaza shopping centre, is the bull ring with its famous Saturday market.
Three major golf courses, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha are within 3kms.

Aldea Blanca offers acommodation at reasonable prices for the Marbella area. Aldea Blanca has a large pool and sunbathing area set in very attractive landscaped gardens and there are three smaller pools placed strategically throughout.

The properties offered are two bedroomed and on one level.

Air conditioning

Apartment 24/06 is a two bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment and overlooks (to the right) one of the smaller pools with jacuzzi. It is close to one of the development’s back gates with easy access to a 24 hour supermarket. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
There is a double bedded room with a full bathroom ensuite and a twin bedded room with a shower room, WC, bidet and basin. Both bathrooms have been recently refurbished. The main bedroom has a large terrace off which has a table and six chairs for eating out.
The sitting and dining rooms are combined and there is a south facing terrace off the sitting room with patio furniture and a barbecue. Both this terrace and the bedroom terrace have sunblinds.
All main rooms have ceiling fans and the windows have rejas (grills). Satellite TV is included.
The kitchen has also been refurbished and includes a washing machine and fridge-freezer.

Weekly rates for 2009 range from £450 (winter) to £700 (mid-season)to £800 (high season).
