Apartment 405 is a very well located one bedroomed property on the fourth floor of this attractive, small apartment building. The building is opposite the entrance to the Port and the apartment is south facing with good views of the bull-ring, the Port of Estepona and the sea. It is within walking distance of the Port of Estepona, Estepona town centre and the beaches. There is a very wide selection of restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk and the Sunday tourist market in the Port and the Street Market in the town are a must.
The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds which can be put together to form a double. There is a good sized chest of drawers and a full length wardrobe.
The sitting room has an ample double sofa bed with matching rug. BBC satellite TV is provided and there is a DVD recorder and a radio with cassette and CD facilities.
The sitting room has a south facing balcony with patio table and four chairs. Both main rooms have views of the Port, the sea, the bull-ring and the swimming pool and grassed area below. The patio table doubles as a dining table should the weather be dismal on occasions. There is an electric fan to counteract the heat and a heater for the chillier evenings.
Entrance to the full bathroom is off the sitting room and there is a bath, shower, basin, bidet and WC.
The kitchen is to one end of the sitting room and there is a washing machine, microwave, small fridge with a freezer compartment and a four ring gas hob. An electric kettle, toaster, iron and board come as standard.
One floor up, on the roof of the building is a large covered area for drying clothes and there is a lift to all floors.
Weekly rates range from £290 to £390 (mid season to high season). Winter rates negotiable.
