Goleta 38. A very spacious and comfortable house alongside one of the Albayalde pool areas. The house has air conditioning throughout apart from the lower double bedroom. The layout is as follows:

On the upper floor there is a large double bedded room (king-sized bed) with a small terrace over-looking the pool. There is ample storage space. The bathroom is ensuite and includes his and hers wash basins, large bath, shower, toilet and bidet.

The sitting room is comfortably furnished with 2 and 3 seater leather settees and opens on to a very pleasant west facing terrace. Just the spot for the odd G & T!
Satellite TV, video, CD/DVD recorders and a radio are supplied. The terrace can dine up to eight and there are four sunbeds, a barbecue, parasol and sun blind.
To one side of the sitting room is the dining area and access to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped to include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and juicer. The kitchen has an adjoining laundry area that can be used for drying clothes. There is an iron, board, clothes airer and two hair dryers.

On the lower floor there are two bedrooms. The twin bedroom is on the pool side of the property and has an ensuite bathroom which is similarly fitted to that on the upper floor. The double bedroom (king sized bed) has a shower room ensuite with toilet and wash basin.

There is parking on the road outside the property. Albayalde is a gated development with security access.

Weekly rates £2012

Weekly rates for 2012 range from £400 (winter) to £650 (mid-season) to £800 (high).
