Patricia 2 is one of the Villacana garden apartments with only one small apartment above. All of these apartments are oriented south/north. Patricia 2 also has a good sea view from both the kitchen and the sitting room being close to the beach and the main pool area. The apartment has the following:
One double bedded room with an ensuite bathroom to include shower, WC and basin. This bedroom is particularly spacious with good hanging space and a second entrance from the north facing patio. Ideal if four people are using the apartment.
The sitting room is to the front of the apartment and is comfortably furnished with settees and coffee table. There is also an open fireplace, a single sofa bed and two fold up single beds. Satellite TV, DVD player and a CD/ radio cassette are provided.
The spacious kitchen with table and chairs is to the north of the sitting room and has just been completely refurbished. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. Kettle, toaster, iron and board come as standard. To the rear of the kitchen is the the very extensive patio area which is enclosed by hedges and has table, chairs, two sun loungers, parasol and barbecue
For the convenience of those sleeping in the sitting room (or those preferring a bath to a shower!) there is a second full bathroom off of the sitting room.
Winter rates are negotiable.

Weekly rates for 2008 range from £250 (winter) to £350 (mid-season) to £400 (high)
