Miguel 28 is a two storey apartment in the later Villacana style. The accommodation is as follows:
- Ground floor. A small but comfortably furnished sitting room with dining facilities and good sized kitchen to one end. The sitting room and dining area are furnished in matching cane and open onto an east facing private patio with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. There is a double sofa bed. Satellite TV (SKY Digital), video, radio, cassette and CD player are included.
- The kitchen is fully fitted to include electric hobs and oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. Toaster, iron and kettle come as standard.
- There is a second WC and wash-basin on this floor.
- Upstairs. A twin bedded room with ample hanging space and a fully fitted bathroom to include bath, shower, basin and WC.
- Two electric fans are included.
