Eva 15 is a two storey apartment in the original Moorish style. It is basically furnished and offers economical accommodation on this prestigious development.
Ground floor: Full bathroom to include bath and shower wash-basin and WC.
Small comfortably furnished sitting room with settees and limited dining facilities to one end. Satellite TV (Sky digital) and radio/cassette are included. The sitting room opens onto a good sized south facing patio with table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol and barbecue.
The kitchenette has a sink, fridge and two electric hobs. Toaster, iron and kettle come as standard.
First floor: This is a double bedded room with limited storage. There is a south facing balcony.
Although small and basic Eva 15 is ideal for two to use as a base to explore the beaches and tourist attractions on the Costa del Sol.

Mid season: April/June, Sept/Oct,Xmas/Easter
£290.00
High season: July/August £350.00
