Air conditioned/close to beach

Patricia 23 has air conditioning in both bedrooms and is one of the Villacana garden apartments with only one small apartment above. The apartment is well-located being close to the main pool area, the front small pool area and the beach. The orientation is south/north and there are south facing lawns with patio, furniture and pergola. The apartment has the following:
One doublebedded room and one twin bedded room with a shared full bathroom to include bath, shower, WC , basin and washing machine. Both bedrooms are south facing and have access to the gardens and the patio.
The sitting room, dining area and kitchenette are to the north of the apartment. The sitting room is basically but comfortably furnished with settees and there is satellite TV (Sky digital) and an open fireplace. There are dining facilities for four and the kitchenette has sink, small fridge, electric hobs and oven.
Although basic, Patricia 23 offers an economical venue on this much-loved resort.

Weekly rates for 2010 are:
£390 (mid-season: April/June, Sept/Oct, Xmas/Easter )
£480 (high-season: July/August)
£300 (low season: Jan/Mar, Nov/Dec)
