Jorge 36 is a very well located ground floor apartment being only separated from the beach by the Jorge pool and its surrounding lawns and gardens. There is a small shady garden to the rear (north) and the sitting room opens onto a south facing paved patio with table and chairs and an awning. This patio in turn gives access to the sunbathing lawns around the pool and the beach.
There are two bedrooms, one double bedded and one with twin beds. Both have good hanging space. The shared bathroom is fully fitted to include shower and bath, WC and basin. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with settees and there are dining facilities close to the kitchen which is open to the sitting room. The kitchen is fully fitted to include fridge-freezer and washing machine and cooking is by electric hobs and oven. Iron and board come as standard and satellite TV is included in the price.
