Elena 37 is a two storey linked house in the later Villacana style. A comfortably furnished family home it is located close to the Eva pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:

The first floor has one double bedded room and one twin bedded room with a shared fully fitted shower room with WC and wash basin. There is also a bed base with mattress to accommodate a fifth person. (If this is not felt to be suitable a folding bed can be rented at about £15.00p.w).

On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen to include fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a ceramic hob and electric oven.

The comfortably furnished sitting room is to the north of the kitchen and opens onto a private, walled patio complete with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. There are full dining facilities close to the kitchen and satellite TV, video and radio are included in the price.
