Alberto 18 is a two storey linked house in the later Villacana style. A comfortably furnished family home it is close to the Elena pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:
On the first floor there is one twin bedded room and one double bedded room with a shared fully fitted bathroom to include bath and shower.
The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen to include fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dish-washer. The sitting room is comfortably furnished and opens onto a north facing walled patio complete with table, chairs and a barbecue. There are dining facilities close to the kitchen and satellite TV (Sky digital) and a music centre are included (radio/ cassette/CD).
Electric free standing fans are also provided.

Weekly rates for 2009 range from £340 (winter) to £420 (mid-season)to £500 (high season).
