Elena 15 is a two storey linked house in the later Villacana style. A comfortably furnished family home it opens onto its own patio gardens around one of the small Villacana pools. As with all Villacana properties it is within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:

On the first floor there is one double bedded room and one twin bedded room with a shared fully fitted and completely refurbished bathroom to include bath and shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the double bedroom is south facing and overlooks the pool. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a folding bed also.

On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen to include fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Cooking is by gas hobs and oven and there is an electric grill. The kitchen is separated from the sitting room by a breakfast bar and the dining facilities are close to that bar.

The comfortably furnished sitting room has a ceiling fan and satellite TV, radio cassette,CD player and DVD player are included in the price. The sitting room opens onto a south facing patio complete with sun loungers (2), table, chairs and a barbecue. This patio and garden in turn joins the grass area surrounding the pool.
