Silvia 13 is a two storey linked house in the later Villacana style. A comfortably furnished family home it is within a couple of minutes walk of the beach, the main facilities and the middle small pool. The layout is as follows:
On the first floor there is one double bedded room and one twin bedded room with a shared fully fitted bathroom to include bath and shower. This floor has air conditioning. Although the unit is located in the south facing bedroom both bedrooms will be cooled if the windows are kept shut and the bedroom doors kept ajar. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
On the ground floor there is a sitting room, kitchen and dining facilities. The sitting room furniture includes a double sofa bed bringing the sleeping capacity of the property to 5/6. Sky TV is provided also a radio and CD/DVD players.
This room opens onto a private patio complete with table, chairs, sun beds and parasol. There is no barbecue.
The dining facilities are close to the kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen is separate and includes fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave. A tumble dryer is also supplied. Kettle, iron and toaster come as standard.
There is a second washbasin, shower and WC on this ground floor.
Two electric fans and two ceiling fans supplement the air conditioning for the summer months.

Mid season: April/June, Sept/Oct, Xmas/Easter
£540.00
High season: July/August £640.00
