Jorge 25 is a three storey linked house in the later Villacana style. A comfortably furnished family home it is close to the Jorge pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:
On the ground floor there is one double bedded room and one twin bedded room both with fully fitted bathroom to include bath and shower, ensuite.
The first floor has a fully fitted kitchen to include fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish-washer, microwave and slow cooker. Sitting room opening onto an east facing patio complete with table and chairs. Dining area close to the kitchen, satellite TV (Sky digital) and a music centre (CD/cassette) are included in the price.
The main purpose of the small second floor is to give access to the roof terrace. On this floor is a WC and basin and tumble dryer..
The roof terrace has excellent sea and mountain views, shower and sun loungers.

Mid season: April/June, Sept/Oct, Xmas/Easter
£580.00
High season: July/August £680.00
