Silvia 26 is a three storey linked house in the later Villacana style.

A comfortably furnished family home it is close to the Jorge pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, within minutes of the beach and main facilities.

Silvia 26 is particularly desirable because it has a roof terrace giving extensive sea and mountain views including Gibraltar and North Africa on a clear day. The layout is as follows:

The second floor which gives access to the roof terrace has a shower room and a tumble dryer.

The first floor contains the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one "ensuite". One room is double bedded and one is twin bedded. The two bathrooms were refurbished in 2008 and each now contains a large shower area with glass screening and a WC and wash-basin. Although the refurbishment has meant the "banning of the bath" the rooms appear more spacious as a result.

The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen to include electric hobs and electric oven, fridge-freezer, dish washer, washing machine and microwave.

The sitting room is comfotably furnished with settees and opens onto a walled patio complete with table, four chairs, two sunbeds and parasol.
The dining area is conveniently close to the kitchen. Satellite TV, mini hifi and cassette player are provided as are iron and board.

The house has electric heating in all rooms which makes it suitable for renting all year round.
