Eva 17 is a two storey, two bedroomed house in the more traditional early Villacana style. It is a comfortably furnished and well-cared for family home used frequently by the owners.
Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, which also provides heating in the winter.
WiFi access is available from within the property using a reasonably priced commercial hotspot. Eva 17 is close to the main pool area and the Eva pool. As with all Villacana properties, it is within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:

First floor: one twin bedded room with ensuite facilities which include bath (with shower over), hand basin, WC and shaver socket. The bedroom is light and bright and has patio doors leading to a south facing balcony. A separate door leads to an extensive L-shaped first floor terrace with south and west aspects. This terrace takes full advantage of both winter and summer sun, and is equipped with sunbeds, table, chairs and parasol.

Ground floor: the main bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom ensuite to include WC, bath and separate shower. Adjoining the bathroom is a washing area with hand basin, mirror and shaver socket. This bedroom has patio doors giving access to the south facing hedged garden.

A modern fully fitted kitchen provides a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, a full sized oven and four ring hob. Iron, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker and kettle are provided and there are ample cooking utensils!! A dining table and four chairs in the kitchen cater for indoor eating, but for al fresco meals, glass patio doors give access to a patio equipped with a table, chairs, sun beds and a barbeque. There is a lawn and surrounding hedge. The south facing aspect of this garden makes it a secluded sunbathing spot throughout the year.
The sitting room has an open, working fire place and is comfortably furnished with settees. A large flat-screen television provides Satellite TV (Sky digital). There is also a DVD player and a music system providing radio, cassette, CD player and MP3 input.
