Eva 6 is a two storey linked house in the later Villacana style. A comfortably furnished family home it opens onto the Eva pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, is within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:
On the first floor there is one double bedded room and one twin bedded room with two fully fitted bathrooms to include bath and shower, one being ensuite. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen to include fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The sitting room opens onto an east facing patio in the pool area complete with table and chairs. The dining facility is close to the kitchen and satellite TV (Sky digital) is included in the price.
This house was extensively refurbished early 2005.
