Alberto 39 ia a two storey linked house in the earlier, Moorish Villacana style. A comfortably furnished family home it is close to the main pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:
On the first floor there is a twin bedded room with ensuite shower room to include basin and WC. This bedroom has an east facing balcony with table and chairs accessed by full length sliding doors. A baby gate is supplied for the stairs. There is good storage space and this room has aircon, hot or cold.
On the ground floor is the main bedroom has a double king sized bed. The room has direct access to the extensive rear patio. There is good storage space and there is a full bathroom en suite. This room also has aircon with a choice of hot or cold.
The fully fitted kitchen (newly fitted in February 2004) includes a fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining facilities are in the kitchen which also gives access to the rear patio.
Patio furniture and two sunbeds are included and there is a built in barbecue and tumble dryer.
The sitting room is comfortably furnished with settees and there is an attractive open fire-place. Satellite TV (Sky digital), DVD player and DVD/CD facilities are provided. There is access to the west facing garden with lawns and hedges from the sitting room.
The house is limited to an occupancy of four.

Mid season: April/June, Sept/Oct, Xmas/Easter
£450.00
High season: July/August £550.00
