Isabel 13 is a two storey townhouse in the later Villacana style. It is very close to the attractive Elena pool area and within a few minutes walk of Reception and the beach and main pool area and facilities. Recently extensively re-furbished Isabel 13 offers a comfortable and well-equipped environment.
The two bed-rooms and bathrooms are upstairs, the sitting room with dining area and the kitchen are on the ground floor. The double bedded room has a magnificent 6ft wide bed and the bathroom is en-suite. The second bedroom has good sized twin beds and is serviced by another bathroom on the landing.
The sitting room is comfortably furnished with settees and occasional furniture. Satellite TV, video and a music center are provided. Dining facilities are at the kitchen end of the sitting room. There are ceiling fans in the three main rooms.
The sitting room opens into an enclosed patio with table, chairs, parasol and built in barbecue.
The kitchen has been included in the refurbishment and the electric oven and ceramic hob are new as are the dish-washer and washing machine. A fridge-freezer and microwave complete the facilities - kettle, iron and board come as standard.
