Air conditioned

Picasso 2 is a two storey linked house with three bedrooms in the earlier, Moorish Villacana style. As with all Villacana properties it is located within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:

- First floor:
- a twin bedded room and a double bedded room with a full bathroom close by. The bathroom gives access to the side and roof terraces with excellent mountain views. Plenty of storage and this floor is air conditioned.

- Ground floor:

- a twin bedded room with full bathroom
- a brand new kitchen featuring mainly Bosch equipment with fridge-freezer, microwave, dish-washer and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a west facing hedged garden with patio complete with table and chairs and barbecue.
- a dining room for more formal eating which opens onto the hedged back garden and
- a sitting room comfortably furnished with black leather settees. Satellite TV is included in the price. There is a small hedged garden at the front of the house.

The price reflects the extensive refurbishment carried out in 2008 and the facilities provided by this tried and tested Community.
