Apartment 13A, Virgo is a very attractive one bedroomed property sleeping four. Situated on the very popular development of Benavista just to the west of San Pedro and within 10 minutes drive of Estepona 13A is ideal for couples or groups of up to four who would prefer to leave the car in the car park and have a really relaxing holiday.

Benavista has its own shops, bars and restaurants and all properties are within close proximity of a pool. The morning paper is close to hand as is the coffee to go with it! The beach is also within walking distance.

13A has a twin bedroom and fully fitted bathroom. The kitchen is small but compact and includes fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Cooking is by electric hobs and oven and there is an electric kettle and juicer.

The sitting room is one step down from the kitchen and bedroom level which gives a very attractive feel to this spacious apartment. There is a double sofa bed to enable four to share the apartment and English programs via satellite TV (SKY). A radio cassette and CD player are also provided as are two free standing fans and a heater.

The apartment is south facing and has an extensive covered terrace and small garden. Patio furniture to include sunbeds and a parasol is provided. There is also a barbecue.

2008 weekly rates range from £280 - £380 (mid season to high season). Winter rates are negotiable.
