We have a beautiful Andalucian-style town house available for holiday rental in Sun Beach, Estepona, Costa Del Sol, only ten minutes away from Marbella and Puerto Banus, and 45 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. The house is only 3 minutes’ traffic-free walk through the trees to the beach, and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), guest cloakroom, living room, fully fitted kitchen and separate laundry room. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, bedrooms two and three can be either double or twin, and bedroom four has a three-quarter bed and also an extra stowable single bed. The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, deep fryer etc.. The laundry room contains a washing machine and tumble-dryer. The house has full Sky Digital TV, with movies, sports and children’s channels, video and DVD, hundreds of English books, toys and games, etc. There is also a log fire, and a very nice (in tune) piano, which you are welcome to use. There are sliding doors from the living room leading to a large patio garden, with dining and sunbathing areas and a barbeque. On the second floor there is a beautiful roof terrace with sea and mountain views, shaded dining area and sun beds. There are extensive communal gardens, with two large swimming pools, which are yours to use, day and night.. Sun Beach is a tranquil location, and very safe for children. The local beach offers bars, restaurants and water sports. There is a footbridge from Sun Beach giving access to the charming pueblo of La Cancelada, where you can find restaurants, tapas bars, DVD rental, a chemist, etc. etc. We are surrounded by international golf courses, and Selwo safari park is only 5 minutes’ drive away. A weekly change of linen is included, and baby-sitting (English speaking) or maid service is available if required. All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. This stretch of the coast is becoming known as the new Golden Mile, and contains more 5-star hotels than Marbella. The night-life of the famous yacht harbour Puerto Banus is ten minutes’ drive away, and unspoilt “white villages� can be easily reached.
