River Gardens is a gated complex with a 24 hour security guard presence. There is underground parking and a space is allocated to Baja 1. There is lift and stair access to the garage both being close to the front door to the apartment. Very handy for the luggage and those trips out!

Malaga Airport is just 35 minutes drive and Puerto Banus itself, just seven. The development is very close to both the Las Brisas and Aloha golf courses and is an excellent venue for the golfing enthusiasts! Other activities in the area include cinema, horse riding, walking, fishing, tennis, water skiing, and sailing.

The area is very good for day to day shopping, for the more interesting goods then a visit to the El Corte Ingles department store in Puerto Banus is a must. There is also a very lively Saturday market near the bull-ring and Centro Plaza shopping centre.

This two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment is particularly well situated being opposite one of the lawn areas of the development – ideal for a getaway with that “must read� book. The pool which services the River Gardens complex is located quite separately being more central for all residents and guests. The pool does close for the winter.

On entering the apartment the kitchen is to the right. It is a good size and is fully fitted to include fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish-washer and microwave. There is a mains gas boiler with a current five year safety certificate.

First on the left is a twin bedroom with its own fully fitted bathroom. Next on the left is a double bedroom again with its own fully fitted bathroom.

Straight ahead is the very roomy dining room and sitting room with access to a tiled patio with garden furniture. There is satellite TV with access to both English and Spanish programs. There is also a DVD/CD player and access to a wide range of radio programs via the satellite TV.

Weekly change of linen and towels included. The property will be cleaned and beds made up when you arrive and cleaned after you have left. Mid holiday cleaning can be arranged but will be charged to you separately.
