Villa Tranquilla
This detached, quietly located terracotta-coloured Villa has four individual apartments (one of which the owners occupy) that have been carefully furnished to a very good standard. All have incredible sea views. Amenities include a private pool HEATED Oct-Apr, half acre garden, table tennis, free parking, Wi-fi, 300-film video library, Freeview-type TV, 10 minutes walk to beach & 3 restaurants. 15 mins walk to new supermarket. Gorgeous quiet location, yet only 5 minutes drive to Estepona Port (many restaurants, bars, supermarket/shops, cash machine). You will find this area completely unspoilt compared with other locations to the east.
If you are looking for “Real Spain” on the Costa del Sol, you will not do better than the 500 year-old town of Estepona. It is a Spanish sea-side resort with almost no souvenir shops and a refreshing change from Benidorm or Torremolinos. Indeed, it is where the northern Spaniards go for their holidays! Stay in our villa apartments and you'll want to come back, and that's a promise!
The Palm Terrace Apartment (sleeps 5/6 max.)
Our largest apartment is very spacious, offering an enormous master bedroom suite with dressing area and bathroom with bath and separate shower. This room also has direct access to a private, sunny terrace with breathtaking sea views. The accommodation includes a southwest facing living /dining room with sea views and door to a west-facing patio with views over gardens. A fully equipped kitchen is just off. There is a separate twin or double bedded room with shower room en suite. (This can now be locked to then create a superior 1 bedroom apartment).
